The Selectable Drive Modes have their own avatar and themes that display on the screen. All these features are put together to add to your productivity.
The F-150 Raptor is equipped with a Terrain Management System with seven modes; Normal, Slippery, Sport, Tow/Haul, Off Road, Baja and Rock Crawl. Add to that, the new features like Tail Control™ with Trail 1-Pedal Drive. So be it dirt, sand or rock you tackle it all and drive on.
The system is a cruise control setting for low-speed trail driving and relieves the stress of constantly adjusting throttle and braking when off-roading.
The system enables very low-speed crawling and the ability to stop the vehicle without using brake pedal. When the driver lifts off the accelerator pedal, hydraulic brake torque is applied automatically bringing the vehicle to a stop.
The system allows you to set the speed and distance from the vehicle in front of you. When the vehicle slows down, your truck automatically slows down as well; When the traffic regains its speed, it resumes the previously set speed and distance. The adaptive cruise control accompanies the integrated trailer brake control system. This factory-installed system built into the dashboard of the F-150 Raptor ensures that truck and trailer brakes operate smoothly and in harmony.
